Description

You will own the full development lifecycle for mid-sized projects and customer engagements, from analysis through implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop technical solutions and architectural artifacts to meet specific business requirements.
• Write, debug, review, and test code while managing defect fixing and technical issue resolution.
• Manage all development phases using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Gather and validate business and functional requirements to implement efficient programming solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in Java and J2EE.
• Hands-on experience with Servlets, JSP, and JDBC.
• Deep understanding of Struts and Spring Frameworks.
• Experience using Hibernate for database connectivity and SQL query optimization.
• Practical knowledge of Web Services.
• Experience with IBM Urban Code Deployment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely related field.
