Description

You will build and maintain data processing pipelines within Hadoop distributed environments, translating business requirements into production-ready code.

Responsibilities

• Implement data processing pipelines using Big Data tools to analyze large volumes of data.
• Design and implement logical and physical database structures to support applications.
• Perform code reviews, root cause analysis, and implement performance optimizations to reduce latency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and integrate features across multiple systems.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency with Java and Scala.
• Hands-on experience with Spark, Hive, and Talend.
• Experience with Sqoop, Kafka, and Cassandra.
• Strong SQL skills for data querying and manipulation.
• Familiarity with AWS environments.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
