Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and maintain Siebel CRM applications.
• Implement enhancements and resolve defects in Siebel modules.
• Support integrations between Siebel and enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot application issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver CRM solutions.
• Perform testing, deployment, and production support.
• Ensure application performance and system stability.

Experience Required:

• 5-13 years of experience in Siebel CRM development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Siebel development and configuration.
• Experience supporting Siebel integrations and CRM workflows.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting and application support in Siebel environments.
• Oracle experience is an added advantage.
