Develop, configure, and maintain Siebel CRM applications, ensuring system stability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure Siebel CRM applications and modules.
• Implement enhancements and resolve defects in Siebel environments.
• Support integrations between Siebel and enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot application issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver CRM solutions.

Required Skills

• 5-13 years of experience in Siebel CRM development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Siebel development and configuration.
• Experience supporting Siebel integrations and CRM workflows.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting and application support in Siebel environments.
• Experience with Enterprise Integrations.
• Understanding of CRM architectures.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle databases.
