Description

Design and develop training content, tools, and templates to support Salesforce implementation and sales enablement.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop tools, templates, and training materials to enhance learning experiences.
• Create and maintain engaging Salesforce learning experiences for the sales organization.
• Convert business process and analytics information into functional Salesforce training.
• Curate and improve existing learning content to ensure accuracy and detail.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in content design or related roles.
• Proficiency with Salesforce platform.
• Expertise in Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for end-users.
• Experience designing content for specific learning initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in education, engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with e-Learning Development.
• Experience with Articulate 360 (Rise) and Camtasia.
• Background in developing Salesforce-specific training content.
