Description

You will design, develop, and debug components for machine learning and deep learning systems, focusing on data/ETL and feature engineering pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and modify machine learning system components and feature engineering pipelines.
• Build and manage low-latency services for model inferencing and feature refresh pipelines.
• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product managers to build assigned components.
• Perform code reviews to provide constructive feedback and optimize for performance.
• Contribute to the design and architecture of complex software systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java.
• Hands-on experience with Spark, Hadoop, and Hive.
• Experience building real-time applications using Kafka or Kinesis.
• Understanding of machine learning pipelines and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Strong foundation in software engineering and building highly scalable systems.
• Ability to design, code, test, and debug software applications.
• Degree with a strong technical focus in Computer Science or Engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, and workflow orchestration tools like Airflow.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
