Description

You will build and maintain software components, tools, and transactional web services within a cloud-based environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop, debug, and modify software application components and tools.
• Write automated unit, integration, and acceptance tests to support continuous integration pipelines.
• Troubleshoot data and system issues while providing architectural improvements to existing solutions.
• Define and maintain technical design documents and business partner documentation.
• Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and user story creation within an Agile team.

Required Skills

• 1-3+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Experience with AWS services including EC2, ECS, S3, Lambda, Aurora, RDS, and DocumentDB.
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL data stores.
• Experience using Git or similar code versioning tools.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum development practices.
• Experience writing transactional web services.
• Working knowledge of Redis and Chef.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with JVM technologies, Kotlin, or functional programming.
