Description

You will design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade applications on the Salesforce platform. You own the full development lifecycle from requirements analysis to production deployment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions aligned with organizational policies.
• Design, implement, deploy, and document complex Salesforce flows, Lightning record pages, record types, and page layouts.
• Manage Salesforce data feeds, integrations, and user access, including licenses, profiles, and permissions.
• Develop software solutions using Salesforce.com API framework and third-party APIs.
• Perform regular internal system audits, prepare technical documentation, and execute unit and system testing.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a software developer or engineer on large-scale ERP IT applications.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, Apex, and JavaScript.
• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce Declarative Programming and Administration, including custom objects, reports, flows, and assignment rules.
• 10+ years of experience developing test scenarios, test scripts, and performing unit and system testing.
• 10+ years of experience working with highly complex application security requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent graduation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting multiple projects using Agile methodology.
• Proven track record of moving components from development to production via sandbox environments.
