Description

Design, implement, and maintain the enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) ecosystem for the Texas Department of Public Safety.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop a centralized identity provider framework using SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect (OIDC) to support Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
• Build Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) lifecycle workflows and onboard enterprise applications through REST APIs.
• Implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models and deploy Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions with secure credential vaulting and Just-in-Time (JIT) provisioning.
• Perform ongoing system administration, performance tuning, and troubleshoot provisioning and connectivity issues.
• Onboard additional enterprise applications throughout the contract period.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in IAM platform engineering, governance, lifecycle automation, and scripting.
• 8+ years of experience integrating enterprise applications with IAM platforms.
• 5+ years of experience designing and implementing RBAC models and enforcing access governance.
• 5+ years of experience managing centralized Identity Providers, SSO, MFA, and federation protocols.
• Hands-on experience with SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), REST APIs, and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• 1+ year of experience implementing and supporting SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
