Description

Design, implement, and maintain the enterprise Identity and Access Management ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop a centralized identity provider framework using SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect for SSO and MFA.
• Build Joiner, Mover, and Leaver lifecycle workflows and implement Role-Based Access Control models.
• Onboard enterprise applications via REST APIs and deploy Privileged Access Management solutions with automated password rotation.
• Perform system administration, performance tuning, and troubleshoot provisioning and connectivity issues.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in IAM platform engineering, governance, and lifecycle automation.
• 8+ years of experience integrating enterprise applications with IAM platforms.
• 5+ years designing and implementing RBAC models and enforcing access governance.
• 5+ years managing centralized Identity Providers, SSO, MFA, and federation protocols.
• Hands-on expertise with SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect, REST APIs, and JML workflows.
• Experience with Privileged Access Management and secure credential vaulting.
• Any Graduate.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud implementation and operations.
