Description

Design and build enterprise-level observability solutions for collecting, processing, and analyzing telemetry data.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and code performant, scalable solutions to collect, process, store, and analyze telemetry data.
• Drive day-to-day execution of product feature development and ensure engineering and operational excellence.
• Collect user feedback and iteratively add features to the platform with a bias for action.
• Work with Product Managers to identify and measure business goals in product usage.

Required Skills

• 4-7 years of overall professional experience.
• Strong fundamentals in distributed systems.
• Proficiency in Go or Java.
• Expertise in one or more telemetry pillars (Metrics, Logs, or Traces).
• Experience working with OpenTelemetry is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to work with global teams across time zones.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with TSDB.
