Support business process automation and collaboration tools within a global ICT environment.

Responsibilities

• Build applications using PowerApps and Power Automate (Flow) to replace manual processes with cloud-based functions.
• Develop mobile-enabled solutions for data entry, approvals, and reporting.
• Translate user requirements into UML diagrams and assist in developing software following international coding standards.
• Clean and analyze data gathered via IoT devices using data science principles.
• Research tools for internal communication and decision-making, such as MS Teams chatbots and Office 365 integrations.

Required Skills

• Experience or academic knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Office 365.
• Ability to work with PowerApps and Flow.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools including Power BI and Excel.
• Understanding of HTML5.
• Knowledge of software engineering principles and UML diagramming.
• Familiarity with internet networking and Wi-Fi technologies.
• 0-2 years of experience in a software or data-related role.
