Description

You will build and maintain backend services that facilitate communication between user interfaces and external data sources.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend services and APIs to handle requests from UI and mobile applications.
• Build Conversational and Experience APIs to support mobile application data and communication.
• Manage messaging services using Kafka.
• Deploy B2B gateways, manage service accounts for test and production, and secure endpoints.
• Publish Swagger changes through CI/CD pipelines to the API portal.
• Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives, and PI planning.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience developing and testing RESTful APIs using Postman.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka for messaging services.
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working with B2B gateways and API portals.
• Ability to collaborate with mobile application developers to define backend requirements.
• Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Willingness to relocate to various unanticipated work locations throughout the United States.
