Description

You will design, code, and maintain national video streaming user authentication and account management microservices within an AWS cluster.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, configure, test, and debug system and application programs following the software development lifecycle.
• Prepare technical design specifications based on functional requirements and analysis documents.
• Participate in architecture, design, and code reviews to ensure quality and consistency.
• Develop and maintain operational and system-level documentation.
• Collaborate with development staff to implement service enhancements and migrations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong Java development expertise.
• Experience with the Spring Boot framework.
• Kubernetes orchestration skills.
• Proficiency with Swagger/OpenAPI using a contract-first approach.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Kinesis.
• Familiarity with Google Guice.
• React UI Web app maintenance.
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MongoDB and Redis application caching.
• Proficiency working with IntelliJ.
