Description

Design and develop backend services and software components within a regulated medical device environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop backend systems using Java and Spring Boot.
• Implement BDD testing using Cucumber to ensure software quality.
• Create UML diagrams and work within a microservices architecture.
• Apply CI/CD, unit testing, and integration testing practices to the development lifecycle.
• Maintain code quality and compliance according to regulatory expectations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with BDD and Cucumber.
• Hands-on experience with Linux environments.
• Proficiency with Git for version control.
• Experience with backend design and microservices.
• Ability to work with CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Angular and JavaScript.
• Background in the medical device industry.
