Description

You will synthesize metrics across the software development lifecycle to bridge the gap between data and engineering action.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing dashboards tracking engineering excellence, technology health, security posture, and cloud costs.
• Monitor DORA metrics including deployment frequency, lead time for changes, mean time to recovery, and change failure rate.
• Identify trends and anomalies to proactively spot areas for team improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to translate data observations into actionable improvement plans.
• Provide technical support and guidance to teams implementing new initiatives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• 2 years of proficiency in Python for data manipulation, scripting, and automation.
• 2 years of proficiency in Java for enterprise system interaction and data processing.
• 2 years of experience with SQL to write and execute complex queries.
• 1 year of experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio.
• Experience maintaining data hygiene within product management platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and cloud cost structures.
• Experience with Git, version control, and task automation.
• Familiarity with Aha!, Jira, Confluence, and DORA metrics.
