Description

You will own the end-to-end development lifecycle for Appian applications in an agile environment, from requirement gathering through design, coding, testing, and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business logic using Expression Rules and Decisions within the Appian platform.
• Build integration components to connect with multiple external systems for processing large volumes of business data and images.
• Lead the development and testing phases, collaborating with the team to ensure product quality.
• Engage directly with clients to clarify requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Manage application versions from initial development to final deployment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development, specifically with Appian application development.
• Strong proficiency in creating complex business logic, Expression Rules, and Decision models.
• Experience designing and implementing integrations with external systems for data exchange.
• Proven ability to work in agile development environments and manage full-cycle application delivery.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, IS, Business, or a related field.
• Willingness to travel to unanticipated client sites throughout the USA as required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing Appian applications in production environments.
• Strong client-facing communication skills for requirement gathering and status updates.
