You will drive the end-to-end execution of the payments product roadmap and feature backlog.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop a payments roadmap aligned with business objectives and fintech landscape trends.
• Manage relationships with payment service providers to resolve real-time issues and roll out new functionalities.
• Test, refine, and implement new payment features or financial products.
• Define and analyze key payment metrics to ensure processing system health.
• Lead cross-functional alignment with engineering, design, data, marketing, finance, and operations teams.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in fintech or customer payments.
• Hands-on experience managing payment processors such as Stripe, PayPal, or Square.
• Proven track record of rolling out new payment systems or fintech features.
• Strong analytical skills for user segmentation, business case development, and data-driven prioritization.
• Experience leading product development from concept through execution.
• Ability to present complex technical and strategic topics to diverse audiences.
• Experience creating detailed product briefs to guide engineering development.
