Description

You will design, architect, and develop Medicare and Medicaid rate setting applications and authentication code management systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement algorithms using C# and parallel programming techniques to ensure high responsiveness.
• Develop web services, reusable components, and APIs to facilitate communication between front-end and back-end applications.
• Design system architectures using UML, sequence diagrams, and context diagrams to define system boundaries and integrations.
• Perform root cause analysis and debugging to resolve critical technical production issues.
• Execute full software lifecycle tasks including unit testing, code reviews, and automated deployments within an Agile framework.

Required Skills

• 6 years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency with .NET technologies, including ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and WCF Services.
• Strong experience with SQL Server.
• Expertise in C# and implementing multi-threading and parallel programming.
• Ability to perform Test Driven Development (TDD) using Microsoft unit testing tools and Jasmine.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and system integration strategies.
• Experience with requirement analysis using Use-Case, Class, and Sequence diagrams.
• Competency in log analysis, debugging techniques, and root cause investigation.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Computer Information Systems.
