Description

You will develop air defense sensor detection, tracking, command/control, and mission planning software tools using object-oriented, modular architectures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Integrate system analysis and threat modeling into existing modeling capabilities.
• Develop and test air defense sensor, detection/tracking, command/control, or mission planning models.
• Prepare technical reports and PowerPoint presentations to convey findings to internal and external audiences.
• Author clear documentation for all developed or modified capabilities.
• Perform data analysis and operate physics-based software.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Proficiency in C++, Python, and MATLAB.
• Experience with AFSIM (Advanced Framework for Simulation, Integration and Modeling).
• Familiarity developing and utilizing software in an AWS environment.
• Comfortable operating in both Linux and Windows environments, including Virtual Machines.
• Background in data visualization and display toolkits/methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• Ability to work independently while prioritizing multiple tasks.
