Description

Translate technical system specifications into working, tested applications while contributing to high-level solution design.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed programming specifications and generate code for data-driven applications.
• Conduct unit testing, debugging, and documentation for all developed software.
• Troubleshoot technical problems arising during software operation, implementation, and migrations.
• Review, analyze, and modify product installation scripts, including encoding and testing.
• Collaborate with IT specialists and stakeholders to participate in design, development, and testing activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in programming, analysis, and application design.
• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and VB.NET.
• Experience with Java applets and the Spring.NET framework.
• Strong front-end skills in HTML, CSS, and jQuery.
• Hands-on development with Oracle 11.x, 12.x, and 19c databases.
• Expertise in Visual Studio 2019 and rapid application development (RAD) methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience developing for WCAG AA compliance and AODA standards.
• Experience designing interfaces to support screen reader use.
• Proven ability to integrate Crystal 2020 reports into VB.NET projects.
• Experience with middleware, gateways, and communication protocols.

Preferred Skills

• Experience conducting design walkthrough sessions with project teams.
• Knowledge of Information Management principles and practices.
