Description

You will build and maintain enterprise-level microservices within a full software development life cycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable microservices using the Spring Boot framework.
• Interconnect microservices with databases and utilize event-driven design via Kafka.
• Perform unit and integration testing to ensure code quality and coverage.
• Identify, debug, and resolve system issues through thorough technical reviews.
• Produce technical documentation for all microservices and share knowledge with the team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency with Spring framework components including Spring Data, Spring Security, Spring HATEOAS, Spring REST, and Spring for Apache Kafka.
• Experience using JPA Criteria Query.
• Strong programming skills with JSON, XML, XSLT, and PL/SQL.
• Hands-on experience with REST Web Services.
• Expertise in unit testing using JUnit, Mockito, or PowerMock.
• Familiarity with GIT, Swagger, PCF, or RabbitMQ.
• Working knowledge of markup languages including JSON and YML.
• Experience with quality and security scan tools such as Sonar, Fortify, and WebInspect.
• Experience working in Unix and Windows environments.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Event Driven Design.
