Or
Any Graduate having 5 years of IT experience

Hands-on experience in any of Microsoft or Java technologies
Experience in any one programming language - Java, C#, .NET or any Scripting Languages such as PHP, JSP, ASP.NET and related stack
Experience on software projects or embedded projects
Coding Standards
Test methods
Understanding of QMS and SDLC
Experience in either of web application development, mobile application development, general software development
