Description

Build and implement a Global Callback Feature using Genesys Cloud and AWS services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop a callback system integrating Genesys contact center solutions with AWS for call routing and event streaming.
• Implement call request handling and callback automation using RESTful APIs, WebRTC, and real-time communication protocols.
• Deploy and maintain systems using AWS Lambda, S3, EC2, and RDS in collaboration with DevOps.
• Monitor system performance to ensure low-latency, high-availability callbacks across global regions.
• Write scalable, maintainable code while ensuring compliance with telecom regulations and security best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience focused on cloud-based applications and telecom solutions.
• Proficiency in Genesys Cloud and AWS services including Lambda, S3, EC2, RDS, and CloudFormation.
• Experience with VoIP, WebRTC, and real-time communication protocols.
• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Any graduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
