Description

You will design, develop, and enhance algorithmic trading applications for the UST Algo system.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement new features for the UST Algo trading system.
• Integrate the system with broker markets including Fenics and DealerWeb.
• Expand quoting capabilities across D2C platforms such as Tradeweb, Bloomberg, and MarketAxess.
• Collaborate with traders, quants, and engineers to build low-latency solutions.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability in production.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Java or .NET development.
• Proven expertise in Algorithms and Data Structures.
• Experience building or enhancing trading platforms.
• Experience with electronic trading or financial data platforms.
• Familiarity with market protocols and FIX-based systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills for real-time data processing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with low-latency system optimization.
