Description

You will own the full software development life cycle for an investment management platform, covering business analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Execute all phases of development, including business analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance.
• Investigate and troubleshoot application issues for portfolio managers and operations staff.
• Collaborate with investment and IT teams to define requirements and create test plans.
• Support job processing streams and scheduling environments.
• Participate in an overnight processing support rotation to ensure financial data loads correctly.

Required Skills

• 4-7 years of application development experience.
• Strong C# and .NET development skills.
• Extensive relational database development experience, including database design and SQL query skills.
• Experience with HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, Web API, LINQ, and CSS.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar curriculum.
• Ability to work independently and within small team structures.
• Capacity to handle business day user support and periodic on-call rotations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server (2012, 2016, or 2019).
• Knowledge of Python, Power BI, and Microsoft Azure Cloud.
• Experience with ASP.NET MVC, TFS, and Kendo UI/Telerik.
