Description

Develop and maintain web-based business applications using the .NET ecosystem and SQL Server in New York, NY.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop REST APIs using .NET 6 and C# for web application consumption.
• Build and manage databases by creating tables, stored procedures, triggers, views, and functions using T-SQL.
• Develop SSRS reports and SSIS packages to automate data extraction and transfers.
• Participate in the full Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SSDLC), including debugging and configuration.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and IT teams to design system requirements and integrations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in C# and Microsoft .NET Framework, with specific experience in .NET 6.
• Strong T-SQL skills for MS SQL Server development, including writing DDL and DML scripts for database migrations.
• Hands-on experience with SSRS and SSIS.
• Version control experience using TFS or Git.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Java, HTML, and CSS.
