Description

You will design, build, and maintain Java-based applications and RESTful microservices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement RESTful microservices and Java applications using Spring Boot.
• Develop UI changes and new functionalities using Angular to improve user experience.
• Build and deploy applications to development and QA environments using Jenkins.
• Identify and fix application vulnerabilities and resolve technical issues through debugging.
• Collaborate with product and technology teams to design and validate data platform capabilities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Java and the Spring Framework.
• Experience building REST APIs and microservices.
• Hands-on experience with Angular for frontend development.
• Working knowledge of SQL and database tools like pgAdmin and MongoDB Compass.
• Experience with AWS cloud services.
• Proficiency with Jenkins for CI/CD and Git for version control.
• Experience using Apache Maven, JUnit, Mockito, and Cucumber for testing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience monitoring application availability through logs and alerting tools.
