Description

You will develop and maintain document management solutions using Documentum and Captiva, providing L3 engineering support and managing project deliverables.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure Documentum ACLs, users, groups, cabinets, and folders.
• Write and execute scripts to manage application, node, and server start/stop sequences.
• Provide L3 engineering support and conduct root cause analysis.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables to meet business goals.
• Travel to various client sites within the US as required.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of related software development experience.
• Direct experience in Documentum development.
• Direct experience in Captiva development.
• Proven ability in L3 engineering support.
• Experience performing root cause analysis and reporting.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, CIS, or a foreign equivalent.
