Description

You will manage data lifecycles across Hadoop and Oracle, handling extraction, transformation, and loading of data from various sources.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Extract, transform, stage, and load data to multiple targets.
• Develop and monitor data migration and transfer processes.
• Design scripts for file splitting and write complex queries.
• Perform data ingestion and conduct query performance tuning.
• Troubleshoot software and processes to ensure data consistency and integrity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with a Master’s degree in Science, Technology, or Engineering, OR 10+ years with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong proficiency in Java and JavaScript.
• Extensive experience with Oracle and SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with Linux environments.
• Proficiency in Hadoop ecosystem tools: MapReduce, Pig, Hive, and Spark.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large-scale data ingestion pipelines.
• Background in data architecture design.
