You will provide end-to-end support for critical applications and infrastructure to ensure stable business operations. You own the stability of large-scale technology services by monitoring production environments, identifying anomalies, and resolving incidents using standard observability tools. You act as the first point of contact for technology and business teams, troubleshooting issues across the full application stack. You analyze complex trends to manage incidents, problems, and changes across systems. You create and maintain real-time monitoring dashboards to improve system performance. You support the onboarding of new businesses, clients, and applications, including participation in rotational late-night and weekend shifts.
