Description

You own the stability of large-scale technology services by monitoring production environments and resolving incidents across the full application stack.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production environments and resolve incidents using standard observability tools.
• Troubleshoot issues across the full application stack as the first point of contact for technology and business teams.
• Analyze complex trends to manage incidents, problems, and changes across systems.
• Create and maintain real-time monitoring dashboards to improve system performance.
• Support the onboarding of new clients and applications, including rotational late-night and weekend shifts.

Required Skills

• 8–10 years of experience supporting, troubleshooting, and maintaining large-scale technology services.
• Strong hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools.
• Proficiency in UNIX/Linux (RHEL) administration.
• Experience with schedulers such as Control-M or Autosys.
• Relational database proficiency with complex SQL queries.
• Experience developing or supporting applications in Python, Java, or .NET.
• Undergraduate degree in a numerate or technical field (Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with incident and problem management processes.
