Description

You will design, build, and maintain core software systems for AWS-deployed services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and document software components that support architectural goals for quality, scalability, and performance.
• Diagnose root causes of defects and implement robust software fixes.
• Provide on-call support for AWS cloud-deployed services within a DevOps framework.
• Write unit tests to validate key system parts and collaborate with test engineers on manual and automated testing plans.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in the computing industry.
• Degree in Computing Science or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Core Java or Kotlin with deep understanding of object-oriented design and data structures.
• Strong experience with Cloud (AWS), SaaS, and Microservices architecture.
• Strong experience using NoSQL Databases, specifically DynamoDB.
• Strong experience in API design principles.
• Familiarity with all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Active participation in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of the Ad tech industry.
• Experience with scripting languages like Python, Groovy, Bash, or XML.
