Description

You will develop and maintain SAP HR and SuccessFactors integrations, configurations, and release pipelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement inbound and outbound interfaces using ALE/IDOC, ABAP Proxy, and BADI.
• Configure SuccessFactors Employee Central MDF objects, including Timeoff and US Benefit customizations.
• Develop complex business rules, workflows, and role-based permissions.
• Manage data migration activities and SAP HR system configurations for Time and Payroll.
• Execute reporting requirements using Adhoc and ORD reporting methods.

Required Skills

• Extensive experience with ABAP, ABAP-HR Reporting, and ABAP Object Oriented Programming.
• Proficiency in MVC architecture and ABAP Web-dyno.
• Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors integration via Hana Cloud Integration and OData API exposure.
• Knowledge of ALE/IDOC, ABAP Proxy, and BADI implementation.
• Experience with SuccessFactors Single Sign-On (SSO) configuration and Theme management.
• Background in HCM consulting and user training.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the role or a related occupation.
