Drive technical delivery and provide hands-on guidance within a modern React/AWS/LLM stack.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day technical direction for the offshore squad, including sprint planning, story refinement, and blocker removal.
• Engineer and build rapid prototypes or production code using React and Python for high-visibility requirements.
• Enforce architectural patterns and cloud guardrails, prioritizing fully managed services over custom builds.
• Coordinate project milestone delivery across US and offshore teams to maintain a single delivery stream.

Required Skills

• 7+ years in modern full-stack engineering, with 5+ years specifically in React.
• 2+ years developing LLM applications using modern LLM-enabled coding practices.
• Experience mentoring React developers and establishing technical coding standards.
• Solid grasp of frontend architecture, including state management, performance, and API integration.
• Cloud delivery experience, preferably AWS, with a focus on managed services and operational efficiency.
• Proven ability to lead offshore teams and manage multi-vendor delivery across time zones.
• Strong Agile practice, including story slicing, Jira metric tracking, and pragmatic ceremony management.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes/EKS and generative AI frameworks like AWS Bedrock agents.
