Description

Lead QA automation efforts and coordinate testing resources to meet business requirements. Own the test automation framework and ensure quality across the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks and dedicated test suites.
• Drive QA initiatives through development, enhancements, and patch work.
• Execute regression, system, performance, integration, and negative scenario testing.
• Manage defect tracking and prioritize backlogs with Project Managers.
• Mentor testers, review reports, and establish QA procedures and compliance metrics.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing roles.
• Expertise in automation testing.
• Strong background in QA testing.
• Experience with performance testing and integration testing.
• Ability to design and execute comprehensive test plans and scripts.
• Experience managing release processes and defect tracking.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a directly related IT field.
