Description

You will support the administration, configuration, and implementation of Salesforce CRM and applications under the supervision of the IT Lead.

Responsibilities

• Configure Salesforce CRM and applications using Apex and Force.com within a SaaS cloud environment.
• Design custom objects, fields, pick-lists, role-based page layouts, and validation rules.
• Build Visualforce pages, custom controllers, components, and advanced search functionality.
• Develop workflow alerts, approval processes, custom reports, dashboards, and email generation.
• Support database management, web applications, and networking tasks as project scope requires.

Required Skills

• Experience with Salesforce CRM and Salesforce technologies.
• Proficiency in Apex language.
• Knowledge of SaaS and cloud computing environments.
• Ability to design custom objects, tabs, and report folders.
• Experience building Visualforce pages and components.
• Understanding of databases and web applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related IT/Engineering field.
• Minimum of 9 months of experience in the identified technologies.
• Willingness to travel or relocate to various client sites across the USA.

• Experience with net networking tasks.
