Description

You will develop and maintain solutions on the Force.com platform, focusing on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud integrations. You will own the full lifecycle of Salesforce applications, from architecture to deployment using CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy solutions using Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Apex, and Visualforce.
• Implement data integration between Salesforce and external systems using Platform Events, Push Topics, and Change Data Capture.
• Build and manage API callouts via SOAP and REST services, including Batch, Streaming, and Outbound Messaging APIs.
• Configure and maintain Service Cloud features such as Knowledge Base, Case Management, and Auto Response Rules.
• Manage Marketing Cloud campaigns, lead capturing, and mobile/social studio integrations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce SaaS offerings and Cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end development.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Aura Components.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, specifically Jenkins, for Salesforce deployments.
• Deep understanding of Web Services (SOAP and REST APIs) and integration patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Data Loader and Salesforce DX for data manipulation and import/export.
• Practical knowledge of Service Cloud (Case Management, Knowledge) and Marketing Cloud (Campaigns, Mobile Studio).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Communities (Help Center & Partner Collaboration).
• Familiarity with coupon generation and social studio implementations.
