Description

You will develop and manage solutions on the Salesforce.com platform with a focus on order management capabilities.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical configurations, customizations, and integrations within Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
• Build integrations between ERP systems and other solutions using SOAP and REST APIs.
• Implement Salesforce automation, CRM, and help desk solutions.
• Manage identity and access management through SSO and API integrations.
• Apply Salesforce design best practices, including Apex design parameters and governor limits.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Apex, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Aura (Lightning) and frameworks such as Angular.js or Ember.js.
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP APIs.
• Knowledge of Dell Boomi and integration patterns.
• Practical experience with AWS.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Shared Platform Best Practices.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related IT field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) for Salesforce.
