Description

Design and develop registration systems for vital records, including birth, death, marriage, divorce, and stillbirth certificates. Architect complex cloud applications and manage AWS infrastructure. Lead multiple Scrum teams, train new developers, and oversee project documentation and testing protocols. Manage RFP responses, legislative fiscal notes, and grant budgets.

Responsibilities

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with JAVA and SQL.
• 10+ years of experience with PHP and VBScript.
• 10+ years in software application architecture and debugging.
• 10+ years in Scrum/Agile development environments.
• 8+ years designing registration systems for vital records.
• 5+ years writing RFP responses and computing fiscal notes.
• 5+ years in project management, including interviewing and 1:1s.
• 2+ years of AWS experience supporting cloud-based applications.
• Bachelor's degree.
