Description

You will architect and develop technical solutions for the Department of Environmental Quality, modernizing client/server applications into web-based systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build new technical solutions for various DEQ divisions.
• Deploy comprehensive web-based systems to modernize existing client/server applications.
• Provide feedback on system design, focusing on cloud-based microservices deployment and management.
• Collaborate with EPA teams on the drinking water database solution to ensure successful go-live within six months of EPA’s development completion.
• Debug, test, and maintain web applications to ensure high quality and performance.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience with React, HTML, and CSS.
• Minimum 3 years of experience building and maintaining APIs using REST and GraphQL.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with NodeJS as a middle tier.
• Demonstrated experience with application debugging and code fixes.
• Ability to evaluate operations and processes for quality and effectiveness.
• 5+ years of total professional experience.
• Any Graduate education level.
