You design, develop, and deploy custom ServiceNow applications and integrations to optimize operational efficiency.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and customize software solutions for client use to improve workflow.
• Build and deploy complex application integrations ensuring smooth component interaction.
• Analyze user requirements to define technical specifications and solution architectures.
• Develop and modify specialized utility programs and custom ServiceNow applications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development.
• Deep proficiency with the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong experience with BMC Remedy and ITSM frameworks.
• Proven ability to design and implement complex system integrations.
• Experience testing and deploying reliable software solutions.
• Ability to work independently or coordinate development within a team.
