You will implement and support Workday HCM and Financial modules through all phases of the implementation lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Execute all implementation phases including planning, requirement gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Manage data migration and data conversions to Workday.
Build integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connector, Document Transformation, Cloud Connector, and Payroll Connector.
Develop custom reports across HCM and Financial modules using Simple, Advanced, Matrix, Trending, and Composite report types.
Travel to client sites nationwide to perform feasibility studies and system setups.
Required Skills
5+ years of professional experience.
Proficiency in C, C++, Java, JavaScript, Python, CSS, and HTML.
Hands-on experience with Data Migration and Data Conversions.
Experience with HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Recruiting.
Experience with Financials modules including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Procurement, Banking, Supplier Invoices, and Accounts Payable.
Expertise in creating complex Calculated fields for reporting.
Master’s degree or equivalent in an IT-related field.
