Description

You will build automation and testing tools to improve productivity, validate product performance, and eliminate repetitive tasks. This role owns the development of browser, local app, and latency/performance testing scripts, while executing detailed lab testing for controllers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop automation scripts to streamline workflows and eliminate repetitive tasks across browser and local applications.
• Execute detailed lab testing of controllers by analyzing topology and validating pass/fail criteria.
• Design comprehensive test cases to ensure high coverage based on a holistic view of the product and user experience.
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines and manage cloud-based development workflows.
• Perform security testing on Windows environments as required.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in software development or test automation.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Deep understanding of Datacom L2/L3 protocols, including Ethernet, VLAN, and IPv4.
• Hands-on experience with OSPF and other routing protocols.
• Knowledge of DevOps best practices and developer workflows.
• Experience with cloud development and CI/CD integration.
• Ability to work with networking integrations such as Meraki, DNAC, and Splunk.
