Configure, maintain, and develop Atlassian products to support operational needs.

You will own the Jira configuration and integration lifecycle, ensuring systems meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Configure and integrate Atlassian products, specifically Jira, to meet operational needs.
• Develop customized, complex Jira workflows, schemes, custom fields, screens, notifications, and permissions.
• Troubleshoot user access and system performance issues to ensure stability.
• Create Jira projects, queries, and reports for data analysis.
• Provide Jira SME support to customers using approved collaboration tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development or systems administration.
• Deep expertise in Jira configuration and administration.
• Experience building complex workflows and custom schemes.
• Ability to manage permissions, screens, and notification schemes.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting performance and access issues.
• Experience generating queries and reports within Jira.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
