Description

You will develop and execute integration and system test plans, including regression and performance testing, and support test automation.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve defects and integration issues by analyzing logs, configuration, and protocol traces.
• Participate in deployments, commissioning, and cutovers, potentially during off-hours or on-site.
• Contribute to technical documentation, including designs, configuration guides, test reports, and runbooks.
• Support continuous improvement of integration methods and standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of work experience customizing and delivering Energy Management Systems, preferably Reliance EMS.
• 3+ years of experience with electric utility industry practices.
• 5+ years of experience with C++, Java, or secondary skills.
• Implement and maintain routine features using C++ patterns and guidelines, understanding core syntax, classes, and STL containers.
• Implement and maintain routine Python functionality, using libraries like requests and pytest.
• Develop and maintain typical Java modules using established frameworks, understanding core language features.
• Comfortable developing and debugging on Linux, using shell, scripts, and build tools.
• Proficiency with Data Structures.
