Description

You will design, develop, and maintain software applications and ITOM solutions, serving as a solution architect for ServiceNow implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, write, and document code for software applications and computer systems.
• Manage full lifecycle IT operations, including incident, problem, request, change, and release management.
• Develop and implement ITOM designs and orchestration workflows.
• Perform performance analytics, asset management, and IT cost management.
• Act as a solution architect for multiple ServiceNow implementations.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in C++ and Java.
• Experience with SQL for database management.
• Foundational knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Experience with ServiceNow implementations.
• Ability to handle discovery, orchestration, and asset management tasks.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
