Description

You will design, develop, and maintain software systems using mathematical models and scientific analysis to predict design outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Modify existing software to correct errors, adapt to new hardware, or upgrade interfaces and performance.
• Develop and direct software system testing, validation procedures, and technical documentation.
• Consult with engineering staff and customers on system design, maintenance, and technical requirements.
• Analyze data to plan the installation of new systems or modifications to existing ones.
• Collaborate with project managers to evaluate hardware-software interfaces and data processing capabilities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in C and C++.
• Experience with Java and C#.
• Knowledge of Python.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Ability to use scientific analysis and mathematical models for system design.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
