Description

Lead the design, development, and deployment of GIS solutions while managing a team of System and ETL Developers.

Responsibilities

• Design and enhance ESRI ArcGIS Pro-based applications and custom extensions for spatial data editing.
• Automate repetitive GIS workflows using Python, ArcPy, Arcade, and ModelBuilder.
• Integrate GIS applications and data with enterprise systems and third-party tools.
• Manage, process, and analyze spatial data from diverse sources while ensuring dataset integrity.
• Optimize spatial databases and file geodatabases for performance and usability.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in ArcGIS Pro-based GIS solution design and development.
• Proficiency with ESRI product suite: ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise (Server, Portal, SDE DataStore), ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Online, and ArcMap.
• Hands-on development with Python, ArcPy, Arcade, and ModelBuilder.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle/Oracle Spatial, and PostgreSQL/PostGIS.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects within scope.
• Experience managing spatial data conversions and quality assurance.
