Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain frontend and backend systems.
• Design and implement solutions for complex technical problems.
• Contribute to the architectural and technical roadmap.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and technical design reviews.
• Uphold high engineering standards across the development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of software development experience.
• Proficiency with React Native.
• Experience with Java and Kotlin.
• Strong understanding of web development concepts.
• Knowledge of version control, testing, and debugging principles.
• Experience working across the full stack.

Preferred Skills

• 10+ years of working experience in software engineering.
• Experience in customer support or agent-facing systems.
